I’ve been bringing my dogs to Furology for over a year and was initially very happy with the service. I felt confident leaving my pets in Carolyn’s care. However, I’m extremely disappointed with how things recently unfolded. Carolyn suddenly stopped responding to my calls and messages without any explanation. If there were ever any concerns about grooming my dogs, she never voiced them to me — in fact, she always said everything was just fine. For her to completely cut off communication without a word feels not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Her website says, “We love all pets,” but I certainly didn’t feel that love when my dogs were simply ignored. As a loyal customer who supported her business and treated her with respect, I expected at least an honest conversation. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and accountability in the future.
We absolutely love our Katie, she spoils our pooch rotten with lots of kisses and cuddles. Our frenchie hates to have her nails done but Katie takes care of her with ease. Highly recommend her work and the care she takes with both Holman and pet.
Furology is amazing. For years they groomed our first dog and did an amazing job but did even better when we got a second dog and brought her for a grooming as a pup less than a year old. Highly recommended!!!
This was the first time taking our 4 year old dog here to get his summer cut. Carolyn and her assistant were amazing with him. He usually is nervous of grooming's even from our old place, but not with them. Best cut and nail clippings we have ever seen on our dog and we will definitely be using Carolyn again for his future grooming's. Great job. I would recommend Furology highly to any pet owner. I bring my cat here once a month and she comes home clean and relaxed. The ladies who work here are very nice and the grooms only take about an hour. The grooming salon can be a little hard to find at first, but once you find them the first time, you’ll be fine after that. The main building is a garden centre and you have to drive around to the back. It appears to be currently under renovation, so it’s a little messy right now, but the salon is inside the back building and easy to find. I hope they get it fixed up soon, so it won’t give off a creepy vibe anymore. The only recommendation I’d suggest to the owner is to keep the front entrance cleaner - walking on puffs of dog hair, when you walk in, isn’t the best first impression. But the grooms are well done and the price is great!

My dogs were in for a grooming today and they loved everything about Furology! They came out looking (and smelling) the best they have in years. Bringing them here to Carolyn was an awesome experience and we will definitely be returning! I recommend Furology to anyone in the area looking for a groomer :) thanks again!!!
