Consistently great food and service. Pizza Hut King City always delivers quality. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and made just right. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the place was clean and welcoming. A dependable spot whenever you’re craving pizza!
Amazing service and delicious pizza! The Pizza Hut in King City never disappoints. The pizza was perfectly baked with generous toppings, and the staff were polite and efficient. Orders were ready on time, and everything tasted fresh. Great place for a quick meal or family dinner. Highly recommend!
If I could give zero stars I would 100%. The pizza is not bad but the staff can't even take an order. Tried calling in a pick up order but the staff wouldn't listen and was so condescending even though while they were repeating my order it was wrong, multiple times. I tried to correct multiple times but was brushed off with arrogance. It took 10 mins before they said that they were trying to take an in person order at the same time. Like are you kidding why not put me on hold to take the in person order or hire more staff so one person can take the in person orders while another answers phones. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If the owner sees this please retrain your staff to have common sense and manners or hire more people to help with the rush hours.
Whosoever owns this location, kindly change your staff. They never pick up the phone even though it works perfectly fine. They just don’t show up as if they want to be in that place at all, as if they are forced to be there. This is the case every single time. They don’t necessarily look after their or the place hygiene either. The Pizza Hut itself must look into this franchise and do something about it. They are loosing their permanent customers because of bad customer service.
The girl at the counter is very rude and unprofessional. She would be making other pizzas at the back always talking on her airpods instead of assisting customers. We witnessed an Uber driver come in and ask for a bag for the food and she said they didn't have plastic bags.
The staff is disastrous since they do not have the slightest sense of kindness towards customers, they are a person who serves you poorly and the food is delivered to you without dressings, it is terrible, not recommended.
Had good experience but today was very bad. It feels like owner changed…. Everything downhill. Place doesn’t look very hygienic for one, secondly they take a bunch of orders and don’t make it on time. Had to wait 20 min passed completion time frame. 2 employees on busy Friday. Avoid if you can
