Today, I visited New York Fries and ordered the Nacho Fries. While placing the order, I clearly told the staff member not to add spring onions due to an allergy, and she even confirmed that it was noted on the order. However, when I picked up my food and opened it in the car, I saw that spring onions were still added. This shows a lack of attention to serious dietary instructions and raises concerns about how food allergies are handled at this location. It’s very disappointing that my allergy was not taken seriously. I urge the staff to be more careful and considerate when preparing orders, especially when customers mention allergies. Please be cautious when ordering from this store if you have any dietary restrictions.
Food was awesome but 1 star because of the lady who works there name Kiran she’s so rude with customers don’t know how to behave with customers she’s the one reason in future I’m not coming back here. Everyone else is great
Better be prepared to wait, they take an order, cook it make it serve it, then take the next, cook it make it serve it, then take the next… and If- and I mean IF they are actually opened, it’s good food and portions and sometimes they are rude sometimes not just depends on the day. But again, IF they are open cause they seem to just close whenever they want with no explanation. Just temporary closed at random times
